AiR is a cooperatively owned social enterprise of grassroots organizations, student activists, community organizers, millennial leaders and good ol' folk. Together we work in principle to strengthen and amplify indigenous Black and marginalized voices in Atlan'a. We are a symbol of the global resistance to white supremacist capitalism through equitable policy development, community empowerment and growing our fam'. We are committed to using our vast platform to elevate local organizing efforts advancing racial and economic justice initiatives in our city, by any means necessary.


 

Our Services

As a social enterprise, AiR uses fee for service consulting to fund our advocacy and programming. We work directly with foundations, non-profits, local governments and other entities to maximize impact. Our knowledge ranges from designing non-extractive organizational models to hosting 101 racial, gender and cultural equity workshops.

Our Work

ATLisReady (AiR) seeks to maximize impact by building an intersectional network of organizers, strategic partners, and beneficiaries using innovative social impact models. AiR is using our holistic eco-system to shift the locus of power in the City of Atlanta by legitimizing revolutionary structures of leadership, tactics and empowerment.

Our Story

  ATLisREADY was founded in July of 2016, after a collective of students, millennial-aged community organizers, and organizations led Atlantans in five days of unrest and protest.
